Role Description The Assistant Sales Manager, Spray Lacquer is a full time, in office role based in Mumbai,



responsible for supporting sales growth and customer relationship management across assigned markets and product segments. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in developing and executing sales plans, tracking sales performance, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating with internal teams such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely order fulfillment. The role involves regular communication with existing and prospective customers, conducting market research, identifying current business opportunities, and participating in sales presentations, meetings, and industry events. The Assistant Sales Manager will also support contract negotiations, maintain accurate sales records and reports, and contribute to forecasting and budgeting efforts. In addition, the role requires close collaboration with senior sales leadership to implement pricing strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
