We're hiring a Zonal Head – Sales to own revenue and profitability across a region, build enterprise relationships at CXO level, and lead a high-performing sales team.

What you'll do

Own zonal revenue and profitability targets
Build and execute the regional sales strategy
Lead, mentor and grow a team of Sales Managers and Key Account Managers
Sell into Pharma, FMCG, Food Processing, Dairy, Agriculture and Logistics
Open doors at CXO, Procurement Head, Supply Chain Head and Plant Head level
Drive Reefer Containers, Portable Cold Storage, Modular Infrastructure and Rental Solutions
Build channel partnerships, OEM alliances and long-term contracts




Track market and competitor movement to unlock recent business
Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Projects, Finance and Customer Success

What you'll bring

12–18 years in B2B solution sales, with minimum 8 years in cold chain, industrial refrigeration, temperature-controlled logistics, reefer leasing or infrastructure solutions
Proven track record leading regional or zonal sales teams
Solid consultative and solution-selling ability
Bachelor's in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing (MBA preferred)
