About the North America Team:

The North America Corporate Risk and Broking Operations team is based in Mumbai
and comprises approximately 600 colleagues. The team supports large and complex
clients, middle‑market organizations, and select accounts across a broad range
of industries.



These industries include construction, real estate, hospitality
and leisure, aerospace, marine, financial institutions and skilled
services, public sector and education, technology and telecommunications,
transportation and logistics, health care and life sciences, natural resources,
and retail and distribution. The team works closely with internal and external
stakeholders to deliver high‑quality operational and client service support.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for managing end‑to‑end agency billing activities,
including the accurate invoicing of clients for insurance premiums and
associated fees.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Review, analyze, and assess carrier and broker documentation for insurance
billing processing
Process agency bills, including endorsements, audits, cancellations,
extensions, current accounts, renewals, reports, and fees
Generate and send invoices to clients through mail and e-mail
