Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain solid networking and business relationships with insurance companies, TPAs, brokers, corporates and healthcare organizations.
Identify and establish domestic and international tie-ups with insurance companies, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers and medical service providers.
Approach insurance companies for pre-policy medical examinations, medical assistance and healthcare service partnerships.
Coordinate with insurance Underwriting, Operations, Procurement and New Business teams to generate new business opportunities.
Manage the complete tie-up and collaboration process, from initial discussion to commercial negotiation and onboarding.
Develop new business opportunities in both Indian and international markets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients and partners to increase business volumes.
Prepare company profiles, proposals, presentations and commercial documents for prospective clients.
Maintain accurate MIS reports, client databases, lead trackers, follow-up records and business development reports.




Coordinate internally with operations and management teams to ensure smooth execution of new partnerships.
Attend meetings, business discussions and networking events with insurance and healthcare organizations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and tie-up targets.
Candidate Requirements
Excellent English communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written.
Good computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email and internet-based tools.
Strong knowledge of MIS preparation and maintenance.
Valuable networking, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Ability to independently communicate with senior-level insurance and corporate professionals.
Experience in insurance, healthcare, TPA, medical assistance or diagnostics will be preferred.
Should be confident in making calls, sending qualified emails and conducting business meetings.
