Lead end-to-end service delivery for Property & Casualty (P&C;) for Claims & Underwriting operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, client SLAs, and quality benchmarks. Oversee claims intake, adjudication, investigation, settlement, and subrogation processes, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. Collaborate with client stakeholders, underwriters, legal teams, and third-party administrators to streamline claims workflows and enhance customer experience.
