About the Role

Vanmoh is expanding its financial services ecosystem with a focus on helping customers access suitable mutual fund and investment solutions.

We are looking for an experienced manager of mutual funds to lead mutual fund distribution, investor acquisition, AUM growth, relationship management, and channel development.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of mutual fund products, investor behavior, and distribution practices, along with a proven ability to build and manage a customer and sales network.

Key Responsibilities

1. Mutual Fund Business Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to grow Vanmoh’s mutual fund business.
- Drive new investor acquisition and increase Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Develop strategies for SIP, lump sum, and other suitable investment solutions.




- Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and investment penetration.

2. Investor Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors.
- Understand customer financial goals, risk profile, and investment requirements.
- Assist customers in understanding appropriate mutual fund categories and investment options.
- Drive SIP registrations, additional investments, and portfolio growth.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and investor communication.

3. Sales & Distribution
- Develop and manage mutual fund distribution channels.
- Build relationships with agents, financial advisors, referral partners, and other distribution partners.
- Identify current customer acquisition opportunities.
- Conduct investor meetings, presentations, and financial awareness initiatives.
- Support branch teams in generating and converting mutual fund leads.
