Job Description:
As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting builders, architects, channel partners, and end clients, converting prospects into projects, and building long-term qualified relationships.

Daily tasks include overseeing production schedules, maintaining quality control, and liaising with suppliers and clients to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications:
Generate current business by meeting builders, architects, contractors, and direct clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in construction & real estate.
Negotiate, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business / Marketing / Interior Design or related field
2–5 years of field sales experience (interiors, building materials, real estate preferred)
Strong communication skills in English & Tamil
Willingness to travel frequently for client and site visits

Salary:
₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Fixed salary + travel allowance + attractive sales incentives
