About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned, high-energy sales professional with a proven and extensive track record in B2B sales with major experience in marketing agency services (branding, digital marketing, advertising, creative, or media services) to mid-size and large clients. The ideal candidate is a natural closer, deeply networked with decision-makers across India and international markets, and fluent in the modern marketing technology landscape. This role requires someone who thrives on the road — building relationships face-to-face, representing the agency at industry events, and converting relationships into revenue.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive Recent Business Growth: Identify, pursue, and close recent client accounts for the agency's service offerings (branding, digital, performance marketing, content, media, PR, etc.)
• Leverage Existing Network: Bring an active,



warm network of marketing/brand decision-makers (CMOs, Marketing Heads, Founders) across India and international markets to generate immediate pipeline opportunities.
• Own the Full Sales Cycle: Lead prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure independently.
• Consultative Selling: Understand client business challenges and position the agency's capabilities (including MarTech-enabled solutions) as the right-fit answer.
• MarTech Fluency: Speak confidently on marketing technology stacks — CDPs, CRM/marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), analytics platforms, ad-tech, AI-driven marketing tools — to engage technically sophisticated buyers.
• Pipeline & Revenue Ownership: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, strategy, and delivery tea
