Role Description The Agency Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Greater Nashik Area, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.



The role involves leading and developing a team of insurance agents, including recruitment, training, performance monitoring, and ongoing coaching to achieve sales and service targets. The Agency Manager will plan and execute local sales strategies, manage agency operations, track key performance metrics, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with customers, supporting agents in complex cases, resolving escalated issues, and promoting Care Health Insurance’s portfolio of products and wellness services.
