About the role

The Video Editor will work closely with creative and production teams to edit raw footage into polished videos for marketing, social media, and other digital platforms.

You'll take raw footage and shape it into finished video — building and refining sequences, adding transitions and effects, syncing audio, and grading colour so everything holds together visually. You'll bring in motion graphics and visual elements where they're needed, and work with the team on storyboards and concepts before the edit begins.

Alongside the craft, you'll keep your projects and assets in positive order, hit your deadlines, stay within brand guidelines, and speak up with ideas that make the work better.

Editing — you can carry a piece end to end, from raw footage to final cut
Colour — you grade for consistency, mood and quality across a whole body of work
Motion graphics — you can build visual elements, titles and animations that hold attention

What else helps
Fluency in the standard tools — Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut or similar
A solid sense of visual storytelling, an eye for detail, and comfort working inside brand guidelines
Transparent communication, and the ability to work well with people across different teams
Training or a background in film, media or design, and prior experience in editing or post-production
