Key Responsibilities
Create, validate, and maintain customer agreements in line with global standards and compliance policies.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of agreement data to support multiple business functions.
Collaborate with stakeholders including Sales, Deal Management, Alliances & Channels.
Support order management processes by setting up Agreements.
Identify gaps or inconsistencies in agreements and work with relevant teams for resolution.
Adapt to changing business needs and work across global time zones.
Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in agreement creation and validation processes.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience in the support industry (experience in Order Management, Customer Agreements, or Deal Drafting preferred).
Solid written and verbal communication skills with global stakeholder management experience.
Versatile to work in shifts as per business requirements.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to current technologies and processes.
