Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning




Develop annual placement calendars aligned with placement goals and work towards achieving the goal
Identify skill gaps among students through assessments and feedback
Industry Collaboration
Work closely with the companies to understand industry needs
Ensure training outcomes match employer expectations
Arrange corporate talks, bootcamps, and certification programs
Process & Quality Management
Standardize training processes, frameworks, and evaluation methods
Collect feedback and continuously improve the placement process

Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of MBA/PGDM curriculum and placement processes
Ability to connect to industries and companies for placement
Familiarity with LMS platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Industry networks for collaboration (preferred)

Experience:
