NAbout the Role
nWe're looking for a Sales Team Lead to lead a team of Business Development Associates and drive sales performance. You will be responsible for achieving team targets, managing incoming enquiries, helping the team with sales, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from enquiry to booking and holiday execution.
NThis role requires strongexperience in holiday sales, customer consultation, team management, and performance-driven sales.
NOKRs
nSales & TeamPerformance:
NDrive individual and teammonthly sales targets and revenue.



Monitor conversion rates, sales pipelines, and lead movement, and take corrective action to improve team performance.
NCustomer Consultation & Sales:
NSupport the team with complex enquiries, negotiations, objection handling, and closures. Guide team members in understanding customer requirements and converting enquiries into confirmed holidays.
NLead & CRM Management:
NMonitor incoming and campaign leads and ensure timely follow-ups. Track sales calls, client interactions, pipelines, and CRM usage to maintain quality and improve conversions.
NTeam Support & Performance:
NSupport the team with destination, product, and sales-related knowledge as required. Keep track of individual performance, identify areas for improvement, and help team members perform more effectively.
NCustomer Experience & Reporting:
NMaintain a robust focus on customer experience, conversion, and repeat business. Prepare
