Key Responsibilities
Carry out routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting work at the facility.
Handle car painting and touch-up work, including surface preparation, sanding, priming, painting, and finishing.
Perform general painting works for walls, doors, furniture, equipment, and other facility areas.
Identify and repair minor electrical issues such as switches, sockets, lights, wiring, and basic connections.
Handle basic electronic works and troubleshooting of commonly used electrical/electronic equipment.
Carry out minor carpentry, plumbing, and other general maintenance work whenever required.
Conduct regular inspection of facility equipment and report maintenance requirements.
Ensure tools, equipment, and maintenance materials are used safely and properly.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards while performing maintenance activities.
Coordinate with external vendors/technicians for major repairs when required.

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹20,086.00 - ₹30,594.65 per month
