Key Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Accounting
Maintain books of accounts (Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or ERP used by the company)
Record and reconcile daily transactions including bank, wallet, and payment gateway entries
Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor invoices, and employee reimbursements
Assist in preparing journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and month-end closing

Reconciliations (Critical in Fintech/Crypto)
Perform daily/weekly reconciliation of bank accounts, payment gateways, and crypto wallets against internal ledgers
Reconcile customer fund accounts, nodal/escrow accounts, and exchange settlement accounts
Flag and resolve discrepancies promptly with the Finance Manager

Compliance & Statutory Support
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory return preparation and filing under CA's guidance
Support in maintaining documentation for FIU-IND, RBI, or other regulatory reporting requirements applicable to VDA/fintech entities
Help prepare data/schedules for statutory, tax,



and internal audits
Maintain proper documentation trail for AML/KYC-linked financial transactions where relevant

MIS & Reporting
Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and expense trackers for management review
Support the Finance Manager in preparing financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet) as per schedule
Assist in budget vs. actual tracking and variance analysis

Coordination & Execution
Act as an execution arm for the Finance Manager — following through on tasks like vendor payments, compliance deadlines, and audit requirements
Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and internal departments (Ops, Compliance, Tech) for finance-related matters
Ensure timely closure of action items assigned by the CA/Finance Manager

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
