Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team. The candidate will handle customer enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, online leads, and customer follow-ups.

Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and online leads.
Respond to customer queries professionally.
Follow up with potential customers and generate appointments.
Maintain and update leads in Google Sheets.
Coordinate with the team regarding customer requirements.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, friendly, and talkative personality.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and Google Sheets.
Customer-service-oriented attitude.
Automotive industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
