HR Intern – BPO Recruitment

Job Type: Internship | Work From Home
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: 5.5 Days/Week
Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000/month

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our recruitment consultancy and support bulk hiring for BPO/Customer Support roles.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media & other channels
Handle bulk candidate calling and screening
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets

Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with calling and candidate interaction
Basic knowledge of recruitment/HR
Freshers and HR/MBA students can apply
Must have a laptop and reliable Wi-Fi/internet connection

Education:

Experience:
Bpo hiring : 1 year (Preferred)
Bulk hiring : 1 year (Preferred)
Volume hiring : 1 year (Preferred)
Sourcing candidates : 1 year (Preferred)
Calling and scheduling interviews : 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
Positive English (Preferred)
