Job Description

Role = Oversee production, fabrication, and assembly of automation components. Ensure resource efficiency, quality compliance, and process optimization. Lead teams to meet timelines while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Production Management – Oversee fabrication, Production and assembly of automation components to ensure timely delivery.
Machine Utilization – Optimize performance of plasma, laser, bending, and drilling machines for efficiency.
Quality Assurance – Maintain zero-defect standards in fabrication, welding, and machining.
Process Optimization – Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and automation techniques.
Material & Cost Control – Reduce waste and optimize material usage.
Team Leadership – Train and mentor engineers, supervisors, and shop-floor staff.
Maintenance & Downtime Management – Ensure preventive maintenance for maximum uptime.
Safety & Compliance – Enforce EHS standards for a zero-accident workplace.
Continuous Improvement – Drive innovation for competitive advantage.
Assembly Leadership – Plan, schedule,



and coordinate assembly operations to meet timelines.
Collaboration – Work with design, procurement, and manufacturing teams for smooth execution.
Technical Troubleshooting – Solve assembly challenges effectively.
Process Optimization – Enhance cost-effectiveness and efficiency in assembly.
Training & Documentation – Guide technicians and maintain assembly records.
Final Product Validation – Ensure testing, calibration, and compliance before dispatch.
Reporting – Communicate project progress, challenges, and resolutions to senior management.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in Production and assembly management, preferably in automation or manufacturing industries.
Certifications: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Automation Systems
