Roles and Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot software, hardware, access control, and CCTV systems for customers.
Assist with networking setup, ensuring seamless connectivity.
Integrate time attendance hardware, ensuring accurate data collection.
Conduct thorough testing, promptly resolving technical issues.
Provide adept customer support across various channels.
Create and maintain comprehensive records and user documentation.
Deliver transparent and effective training to customers for proficient system usage.
Qualifications and Experience:
Familiarity with time attendance systems / Biometrics / CCTV is a plus.
Diploma/ BCA or ITI with the same experience would be preferable with 3 – 7 Years of experience
