Position Overview: The National Institute of Robotics and AI (NIRA) is seeking a energetic and experienced professional for the position of Assistant Director. The ideal candidate will have over 6+ years of proven experience in Sales within the technology, robotics, or AI sectors and a strong ability to drive strategic initiatives, foster partnerships, and lead cross-functional teams. This role is pivotal in advancing NIRA’s mission to position itself as a global leader in robotics and AI innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to promote NIRA’s research, educational programs, and technological initiatives.
Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with industry leaders, academic institutions, and government agencies to enhance NIRA’s outreach and impact.
Lead business development efforts, including identifying current prospects for funding, sponsorships, and collaboration.
Oversee a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to achieve organizational goals.




Collaborate with the Director and other key stakeholders to shape NIRA’s vision and contribute to long-term growth plans.
Represent NIRA at conferences, events, and public forums to elevate its profile in the robotics and AI community.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategies and ensure alignment with NIRA’s objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (a Master’s degree is preferred).
A minimum of 6+ years of skilled experience in sales, with a focus on technology, robotics, or AI sectors.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of the robotics and AI industry, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
