Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have robust knowledge of the Gurgaon residential and commercial real estate market, excellent client management skills, and a proven ability to generate and close business opportunities.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of residential and commercial real estate clients.
Advise investors and end-users on suitable property opportunities across Gurgaon.
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
Negotiate and close property transactions.
Maintain market intelligence on project launches, pricing, inventory, and investment trends.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Gurgaon real estate (Residential & Commercial).
Must have completed at least 1 year with the current or most recent employer.




Robust understanding of Gurgaon's high-rise residential projects and commercial developments.
Knowledge of major Gurgaon micro-markets, developers, pricing trends, and investment opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional approach to sales.
Must own a car and possess a valid driving license.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
