Job Description

We are looking for a confident and fluent English-speaking Voice Process Executive to handle customer calls, communicate with potential clients, understand their requirements, and provide qualified assistance.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Communicate clearly with customers in English.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
Make follow-up calls to leads and potential customers.
Maintain accurate call records and update customer information.
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and follow-ups.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Handle customer questions and resolve basic queries professionally.




Maintain a positive and skilled approach during every interaction.

Requirements
Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
Ability to convince and engage customers.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Comfortable working with calling targets.
Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.
