Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the BIM team.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.
Manage BIM workflows, standards, and project deliverables.
Perform quality checks and resolve coordination issues.
Conduct clash detection and ensure model accuracy.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Requirements
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Architecture, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
5–6 years of experience in BIM and Revit.
Experience leading Architecture, Structure, and MEP BIM teams.
Solid knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination.
Experience with clash detection and quality assurance.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
