About the RoleWe are looking for energetic, self-motivated and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our Real Estate Sales Team. The role involves lead generation, client interaction, project presentations, site visits, follow-ups and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, referrals, social media and other sources.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable projects.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans and investment opportunities.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits.
Conduct skilled follow-ups with prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer information and sales records.




Coordinate with the CRM and sales teams for smooth deal closure.
Stay updated with company projects and real estate market trends.

Candidate Profile
Freshers / Freelancers and experienced or candidates can apply.
Graduate/Undergraduate candidates are eligible.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Interest in sales, real estate and customer interaction.
Basic MS Office knowledge is an advantage.
