Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet customers as they enter the store, offering immediate assistance.
Understand customer preferences and guide them through our product collection, highlighting features, pricing, and active promotions.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the sales counter, shelves, and overall store layout are clean, organized, and stocked.
Handle sales transactions, process cash/card payments, and issue receipts using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Manage inventory checks, assist in stock replenishment, and track rapid-moving or out-of-stock items.
Address customer complaints or return requests promptly and professionally.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Any Graduate degree.
Experience: Freshers welcome; 0–2 years of experience in retail sales, counter sales, or customer service is a plus.
Skills: Robust verbal communication skills, active listening, and basic numerical ability.
Personal Attributes: Well-groomed, polite, sales-driven, and comfortable engaging directly with customers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
