Experience: Ophthalmology OT experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare the OT, instruments, surgical sets and consumables.
Assist ophthalmic surgeons during cataract and other eye surgeries.
Maintain strict aseptic and infection-control protocols.
Perform pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
Ensure proper sterilization and handling of surgical instruments.
Check and maintain OT medicines, consumables and emergency equipment.
Maintain OT records, surgery checklists and nursing documentation.
Monitor patient safety throughout the surgical procedure.
Coordinate with surgeons, OT technicians, optometrists and other departments.
Maintain OT cleanliness, hygiene and readiness as per hospital SOPs.
Pay: ₹10,669.01 - ₹25,681.28 per month
