Job Purpose

Support day-to-day plant production, shop-floor execution, productivity, manpower/machine utilisation, process adherence and coordination with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Stores and Dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

· Production planning and shop-floor execution

· Machine/manpower/material availability

· Quality and Maintenance coordination

· Production KPI, rejection, rework and downtime monitoring

· SOP, safety, 5S and process adherence

· Kaizen and continuous improvement

· Production reporting and ERP entries

· Material-flow coordination with PPC/Stores/Dispatch

Must-Have Criteria

· Hands-on manufacturing/plant experience

· Automotive component, rubber/polymer or engineering manufacturing preferred

· Shop-floor production responsibility

· Cross-functional coordination

· Willingness to work at the client's plant location

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
