Reels & content shooting
Basic editing
Can edit Reels independently
Can do basic cuts, transitions, subtitles, music, text overlays and syncing
Can resize/adapt content for different platforms
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar for static creatives
Doesn’t need to be a qualified editor, but should be able to take raw footage and turn it into a decent social-ready asset
Meta platform knowledge - Instagram and Facebook basics.
Understands what makes content perform differently across formats
Know current Instagram trends
Be aware of trending formats, sounds and creator styles
Understand hooks and attention spans
Be able to suggest relevant content ideas, not just execute instructions
Availability
Comfortable giving 8 hours a day
Comfortable working from office
Versatile around shoots and events, if any

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
