Operate CNC Press Brake machines for sheet metal bending operations.
Read and understand engineering drawings, bend dimensions, angles and tolerances.
Select and install appropriate punches and dies according to job requirements.
Set machine parameters such as bend angle, back gauge, pressure and bending sequence.
Load and verify CNC programs as per approved process requirements.
Perform trial bending and first-piece inspection.
Make necessary corrections to machine parameters and offsets.
Ensure accurate bend angles, dimensions and component profiles.
Monitor sheet thickness, material grade and job specifications before processing.
Handle different types of sheet metal components safely during loading and unloading.
Check components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Angle Gauge and other measuring instruments.
Identify and report defects such as incorrect angle, dimensional variation,



scratches or deformation.
Maintain required production quantity and cycle time.
Monitor tooling condition and report damaged or worn-out punches and dies.
Maintain machine, tools and work area in positive condition.
Follow approved work instructions, safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards in the work area.
Record production, rejection and downtime details accurately.
Coordinate with Quality, Production and other departments for smooth production.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
