Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Export Sales Manager to drive international business development, generate new export opportunities, and manage relationships with overseas clients.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new export leads through online portals, databases, market research, email campaigns, and industry networks.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and business partners.
Handle the complete sales cycle including inquiries, quotations, negotiations, order processing, and follow-ups.
Identify new international markets and opportunities to achieve export sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for production, quality, documentation, logistics, and timely order execution.
Track inquiries, orders, shipments, and customer communications.
Plan and participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs,



and buyer-seller meets.
Travel overseas for client meetings, exhibitions, market visits, and business development as required.
Conduct market and competitor research and provide inputs for international sales strategies.
Prepare regular sales reports and maintain an updated international customer database.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in Export Sales / International Business Development.
Proven experience in handling international clients and overseas markets.
Experience in international exhibitions and overseas business travel.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
Positive understanding of export processes and international business practices.
Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and CRM/ERP systems.
Robust business development mind set with the ability to achieve sales targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
