Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)

Job Description: We are seeking a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to manage customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain solid customer relationships.

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations effectively.

Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer issues.

Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Maintain customer records and prepare necessary reports.

Identify prospects to enhance customer experience and retention.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.

Smart, energetic, and skilled personality.

Preferred:

Experience as a CRO in a product-based company will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
