Position: Branch Incharge
Salary: ₹15,000/- In-Hand
Experience: 1–5 Years
Qualification: Graduate

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day branch operations smoothly and efficiently.
Handle inventory management and stock reconciliation.
Maintain proper records of sales, stock, cash, and other branch activities.
Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash management.
Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel / Advanced Excel.
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and other departments.
Monitor team performance and support team members when required.
Ensure timely completion of daily operational tasks.
Maintain proper documentation and follow company policies.
Resolve branch-level operational issues and report them to management.

Required Skills:
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Advanced MS Excel knowledge.
Cash handling and basic accounting understanding.
Team handling and problem-solving skills.
Positive organizational and time-management skills.
FMCG experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
