Key Responsibilities:
General Office Support:
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises.
Ensure common areas, such as reception, kitchen, and meeting rooms, are tidy and well-organized.
Clerical Tasks:
Collect, sort, and distribute documents, parcels, and other items within the office.
Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and printing documents as required.
Hospitality Services:
Prepare and serve beverages (tea, coffee, water) to staff and visitors.
Arrange refreshments and snacks for meetings and events.
Office Maintenance:
Monitor office supplies and restock items such as stationery and kitchen supplies.
Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks; report significant issues to the relevant personnel.
Mail Handling:
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Prepare outgoing mail and packages for dispatch.
Administrative Assistance:
Assist in setting up meeting rooms, including arranging furniture and setting up equipment.




Support administrative staff with routine tasks and errands.
Errands:
Run errands outside the office, such as purchasing office supplies, depositing checks, or collecting items from other locations as needed.

Qualifications:
Education: Completion of 10th or 12th grade.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory.
Skills:
Valuable organizational and time management skills.
Basic understanding of office procedures and equipment.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly and qualified demeanor.
Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving items.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
