Hiring: AR HB Medical Claims Analyst
Healthcare RCM: Hands-on experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
AR & Claims: Manage hospital/medical claims, outstanding balances, and payer follow-ups.
Denial Management: Analyze denied and rejected claims, identify root causes, and take corrective action.
Claims Follow-up: Coordinate with insurance payers to resolve pending and unpaid claims.
Claim Resolution: Correct claim errors and coordinate resubmission/appeals to maximize collections.
EOB/ERA: Review EOBs, ERAs, and payment discrepancies for accurate claim resolution.
AR Ageing: Monitor ageing and prioritize accounts to ensure timely payment and reduced outstanding AR.
Payer Knowledge: Experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance is preferred.
Communication: Robust written and verbal communication skills with valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
