Roles and Responsibilities
Identify prospects to upsell/cross-sell bank's products such as Casa sales to existing customers.
Manage relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) to acquire current clients for current accounts, liabilities, business development, cross selling, and wealth management services.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to HNI/NRI client acquisition.
Develop strategies to increase branch banking penetration in the catchment area through retail liability products like Current Accounts.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition.
