KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Configure and maintain HRSD HR Case Management, Employee Center/Employee Service Center and HR Catalogs.
Implement Lifecycle Events (onboarding, offboarding, transfers) and HR workflows.
Develop automations using Flow Designer and ServiceNow scripting.
Configure notifications, approvals, SLAs, business rules, ACLs and roles/security.
Build integrations with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle HCM via REST/SOAP.
Perform unit testing, defect fixing, documentation and production support.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
ServiceNow HRSD, HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events.
Flow Designer, Knowledge Management, Virtual Agent, Service Portal.
JavaScript/Glide, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes.
REST/SOAP API integrations and IntegrationHub.
HR workflow and employee lifecycle process knowledge.

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS
