Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking ITI Freshers to join our technical and production team. The candidate will receive on-the-job training and will be responsible for supporting daily production, machine operation, maintenance, and other technical activities as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day production and technical operations.
Operate machines and equipment under the guidance of senior technicians.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Assist in machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repair activities.
Perform basic inspection and quality checks of products/components.
Maintain proper housekeeping and workplace safety standards.
Use basic hand tools and measuring instruments as required.
Report machine issues, defects, or operational problems to supervisors.
Maintain production records and other required documentation.




Work effectively with team members and supervisors.
Follow company rules, policies, and work instructions.
Perform other technical duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Eligibility
Qualification: ITI – Fitter / Electrician / Welder / Turner / Machinist / Diesel Mechanic or relevant trade.
Experience: Freshers can apply.
Valuable basic technical knowledge.
Willingness to learn and work in a production/technical workplace.
Ability to work in shifts, if required.
Valuable discipline, attendance, and teamwork.

Skills Required
Basic knowledge of tools and equipment.
Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical concepts.
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
Problem-solving and learning attitude.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
