Job Summary:

The Service Advisor acts as a bridge between customers and the workshop team. Responsible for handling service enquiries, preparing job cards, explaining repair requirements, and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand vehicle service concerns clearly
Prepare job cards with accurate details of complaints and required work
Provide cost estimates and obtain customer approval before repair
Update customers on repair status and delivery time
Ensure proper billing and explanation of charges at vehicle delivery
Promote additional services, AMC, and genuine spare parts

Required Skills:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Basic technical knowledge of two-wheelers
Computer knowledge for billing & job card entry
Customer handling and problem-solving ability
Ability to work under pressure

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
