Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Commissioning:
Visit customer sites to install and commission PACs and Chillers.
Ensure proper setup and operational readiness of HVAC systems.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Perform preventive maintenance according to scheduled plans to maintain optimal performance.
Respond promptly to breakdown calls and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
Diagnose and resolve operational problems encountered by customers.

Customer Support & Communication:
Work closely with customers to understand requirements and provide effective HVAC solutions.
Provide technical guidance on system operation, maintenance procedures, and best practices.
Maintain accurate service records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.





Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Proactively identify service delivery improvements and recommend solutions.
Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to quality service.

Safety & Compliance:
Uphold safety standards and protocols while performing in office activities.
Ensure a secure working workplace for all parties involved.

Travel Requirement:
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
