Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients both Recent and Existing.
Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Understand client needs and ensure alignment with
Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and feedback sessions with clients.
Execution
Oversee the end-to-end execution of the transactions
Ensure smooth on-boarding of new clients and employees.
Ensuring Sanction is in place from Bankers
Monitor and proactively resolve any issues.
Ensure timely delivery of services and adherence to compliance s, monthly reporting.
Internal Team Coordination
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, and finance).
Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.




Track progress of deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
Customer Experience & Support
Ensure a smooth and positive experience while driving the transaction.
Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Continuously identify ways to improve service quality and user experience.
Reporting & Insights
Monitor to ensure Monthly reports on sales, and engagement.
Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
Growth & Retention
Drive client retention through consistent value delivery.
Support business growth initiatives through solid account management.
