Job Summary:

We are hiring skilled and customer-centric professionals for an International Tech Sales & Service Process. This role requires handling outbound calls and chat support to cater to global customers, assisting them with technical support, and recommending suitable tech products and services. The ideal candidate should be target-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of delivering high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage in outbound calls and chat interactions with international customers.
Offer technical assistance and suggest suitable tech products or service plans.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining service quality.
Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries.
Maintain records of customer interactions in the system accurately.
Adapt to rotational shifts and weekly rotational offs as per process requirements.

Candidate Requirements:




Graduation is mandatory (any stream).
Minimum 1 year of experience in international BPO handling tech sales or service processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and close sales.
Comfortable with working in a rapid-paced and target-driven setting.

Compensation & Advantages:
CTC up to 5.00 LPA for General Sales processes
CTC up to 6.50 LPA for Tech Sales processes
5-day work week with rotational shifts and offs
