Role & responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
Read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor labour, subcontractors, and construction teams.
Check quality of materials and workmanship.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and vendors.
Monitor construction progress and report daily site activities.
Ensure proper measurement of completed works.
Verify quantities of materials required for construction.
Maintain site records, including labour attendance and daily progress reports.

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure construction.
Knowledge of construction materials and methods.
Ability to read civil and structural drawings.
Basic knowledge of quantity estimation and measurements.
Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting is preferred.
