Role & responsibilities
Contact prospective students, understand their career goals and requirements, and recommend suitable courses.
Conduct counselling sessions and product/course presentations to convert leads into enrollments.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain solid relationships throughout the sales and enrollment cycle.
Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and enrollment targets through effective lead conversion strategies.
Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM/Excel and track follow-ups and conversion status.
Handle student queries related to courses, fees, batches, training, and placement assistance.
Coordinate with internal teams for admissions, documentation, payments, and onboarding.
Identify current business opportunities and contribute ideas to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and communicate pipeline, conversions, and performance to management.
