Responsibilities
Handle PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory labour law compliances
Handle compliance under the Factories Act and Shops Establishments Act
Manage CLRA and ISMW compliance activities
Coordinate internal and external compliance audits
Maintain statutory registers, records, and returns
Liaise with government authorities and labour officials
Handle NATS NAPS registrations and apprenticeship coordination
Support payroll processing, attendance, and employee data management
Maintain HRIS records and HR documentation
Coordinate contractor compliance and statutory documentation
Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and Factory Compliance
Experience in audit handling and statutory documentation
Knowledge of payroll coordination and compliance processes
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS systems
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Robust documentation and record management abilities
Qualifications / Experience
MBA (HR) / MSW / MHRM / PG Diploma in Labour Law or relevant qualification
2 to 10 years of experience in HR Compliance / Labour Compliance
Experience in Manufacturing / Industrial Establishments preferred
