Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and academically strong Accounts Manager to independently manage the company's accounting and finance function and lead a team of accounts professionals.Candidates with B.Com (Hons.) from a regular college and a strong academic record, or CA dropouts with a strong academic background, will be preferred.

Educational Qualification
B.Com (Hons.) Regular from a reputed college/university with a strong academic record OR
Semi qualified CA with completion of articleship/ Chartered accountant with a strong academic background
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance

Key Responsibilities
Independently manage the company's complete accounting and finance operations
Lead, supervise and manage the Accounts team, allocate responsibilities and monitor performance




Ensure timely completion of day-to-day accounting activities and monthly closing
Prepare and review MIS, financial statements and management reports
Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances
Monitor team deliverables, deadlines and accuracy of work

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Accounting & Finance
Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance
Solid knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel
Team handling and people management skills

Prior experience managing a team of Accounts professionals
