- Lead the visual direction and execution of campaigns across digital, social, print, and OOH platforms.n
- Bring fresh, original, and innovative ideas to every brief, with a strong understanding of visual storytelling.n
- Translate creative concepts into compelling visual identities and cohesive campaign systems.n
- Think beyond conventional design approaches and develop ideas that are distinctive, relevant, and impactful.n
- Work closely with copywriters and strategists to build robust campaign narratives and translate ideas into powerful visual communication.n
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of big ideas and campaign concepts.n
- Ensure high standards of design quality, consistency, composition, typography, and overall creative craft.n
- Adapt campaign ideas across different formats and platforms while maintaining a strong and consistent visual language.n




- Provide creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to Art Directors, Senior Visualisers, and Visualizers.n
- Challenge conventional thinking and encourage the team to explore new creative approaches.n
- Present and explain creative concepts and visual directions to clients and internal stakeholders.n
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery without compromising creative quality.n
- Collaborate with strategy, copy, account management, and other teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.n
- Stay updated with design, advertising, cultural, and visual trends to bring fresh perspectives to client work.n
- Maintain strong attention to detail and take complete ownership of the creative quality of assigned projects.n
