nKey Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow Service Portal using AngularJS.n
Customize Service CatLog items, Record Producers, and portal forms to support ITSM/ESM use cases.n
Ensure portal design aligns with ITIL processes (Incident, Request, Change, Knowledge).n
Optimize portal performance, reusability, and maintainability of AngularJS components.n
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to translate wireframes into functional portal designs.n
Support portal-related issues in Production and participate in root cause analysis.n
Adhere to ServiceNow SDLC, coding standards, and security/compliance guidelines.n
Document portal designs, configurations, and custom components for audit and operational readiness.n
