We are seeking a talented and driven Lead - TAG to join our Talent Acquisition |
Recruiting department. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and
managing the talent acquisition process for our BPO domestic process, with a
focus on volume and mass hiring. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring a
smooth and effective recruitment journey for both candidates and our
organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to meet the hiring
needs of our BPO domestic process.
Source, attract, and engage top talent through various recruitment channels
and strategies.
Screen and interview candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and fit
for the role and organization.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide
insights for effective hiring decisions.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline to support current and future
hiring needs.
Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the
recruitment process.




Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to
enhance our hiring strategies.
Manage and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing
guidance and support.
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders,
identifying areas for improvement.
Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion in our talent acquisition
practices.

QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track
record of successful bulk hiring.
Experience in BPO or similar high-volume hiring settings is preferred.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and
develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a candidate-centric
approach.
Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment
tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven
decisions.
