In this role, you'll drive the technical direction of our products, lead a team of engineers, and stay hands-on with architecture, code, and delivery. nWhat You'll Do

Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable full stack applications built on Java and Oracle technologiesn
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of full stack developersn
Own architecture decisions, code quality standards, and best practices across the stackn
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA to translate requirements into technical solutionsn
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security,



and performance benchmarksn
Drive sprint planning, estimations, and technical roadmapsn
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stackn
Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve engineering efficiencyn
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software in an agile workplacen

nWhat We're Looking For
n

n
n
6+ years of experience in full stack development, with at least 1–2 years in a technical leadership rolen
Solid hands-on expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Spring / Spring Boot, and related frameworksn
Solid experience with Oracle Database — PL/SQL, query optimization, stored procedures, and performance tuningn
Working knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g., Angular, React, or JSP/JSF) to guide full stack decisionsn
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and microservices architecturen
