nKey Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts and accounting records in ZOHO Books for multiple companiesn
Handle bank reconciliations, accounts payable & receivablen
Manage payroll processing including PF, ESIC, and TDS calculationsn
Maintain stock accounting, ledgers, and inventory reconciliationn
Prepare and manage sales & purchase invoicesn
Perform GST reconciliations including GSTR 2An
Coordinate purchase orders for inventory replenishmentn
Conduct and participate in internal 5S auditsn

nRequired Skills




n
n
Knowledge of ZOHO Books and accounting principlesn
Knowledge about Accounts payable and receivable, Financial Statement, Inventory Managementn
Strong understanding of bank reconciliation, taxation, and inventory accountingn
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting softwaren
Solid numerical and communication skillsn

nQualification – Graduation in B.com, M.com, CA, CMA
